Terms of Service
Effective 6 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Table, a service operated by Memriq Holdings, Inc. ("Memriq", "we"). By using Table you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.
What Table is, and what it is not
Table plans a week of dinners around who in your household is home each night. It builds the grocery order for those dinners, keeps your pantry and staples, and reminds you about the things a dinner needs ahead of time. Table does not place grocery orders, does not buy anything and does not pay for anything on your behalf. The order it builds is a list for you. You decide where to buy it, and you buy it yourself.
Food, allergies and your judgement
Table's dinner suggestions, ingredients and quantities are written by a computer model, and they can be wrong. When you tell Table what your household cannot eat, it checks each dinner's words against what you told it, for that plan. It does not read labels, and it does not know how food was made or handled. Always check the ingredients and the packaging yourself, especially for an allergy or a medical diet. Table does not give medical or nutrition advice.
Who can use it
Table is in an invitation-only early access period. You need a Memriq account and an invitation that has been accepted for Table.
Your account and your household
Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us at hi@memriq.ai if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. When you add the people at your table, add only names you are entitled to share.
What Table does on its own
Table suggests dinners and shows you what a grocery order would hold. Your own setting decides what it may go ahead with without asking, such as saving a plan you asked for or updating the order. You start on the setting where Table only suggests. Whatever the setting, Table never places an order or pays, and only you can send an order, to your own account email.
Reminders
Reminders Table sets for later arrive as to-dos in Helm on your Memriq account. You can skip any of them in Table before it is due. A skipped reminder does not arrive.
Early access
Table is new. Features may change, pause or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. It is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free, that a suggested dinner or quantity is right for your household, or that every reminder will arrive on time.
Price
Table costs nothing during early access, and we take no payments for it. If that changes, we will tell you before you are asked to pay, and you will not be charged without agreeing.
Fair use
Do not use Table to break the law, to add someone's details without their permission, to interfere with the service, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Memriq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for food you bought or did not buy, or for decisions you make using Table's plans, orders, reminders or suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.
Ending
You can stop using Table at any time. You can delete your household in Table's Settings, or ask us to delete your data, as the Privacy Policy describes. We may end early access, or your access, with notice where we can give it.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is published here with its date before it takes effect. Questions: hi@memriq.ai. Privacy: privacy@memriq.ai.
